Do you need to exercise to lose weight? This is a question that a lot of people ask when they realise that they need to lose weight. For the average woman who has around 20 or 30 pounds to lose, they will need to eat around 1200 a day to be able to lose weight. The amount of food that is eaten each day can be increased to a larger amount if exercise is taken at the same time. If no exercise is taken, then less food can be eaten to reach the weight loss goals. The healthiest and easiest way to lose weight is to take exercise and follow a reduced calorie diet plan.
